kdenlive not responding
kdenlive will always freeze when you attempt to open a new window or tab and
import any kind of media.
How reproducible: always!
Steps to reproduce:
1. install and launch kdenlive.
2. import media via the tabs or drag/drop.
3. it may also just freeze on launch.
Observed result: application freeze as soon as i click "ok" to import media.
Expected result: be able to open tabs and import multimedia.
