Location of the folder in the google drive WebUI and the remove feature 'Add to
my drive'

Add support for 'Shared with me' content, this is the read-only folder of
things that other people have shared with you. also accessible under the name
'Shared with me' in the WebUI.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. sign in with google account
2. mount gdrive
3. you can't access 'Share with me folder'
OBSERVED RESULT
kio-gdrive does not support 'Shared with me'
EXPECTED RESULT
kio-gdrive should be able to mount 'Shared with me' as a folder.

This is a really important feature to me as a college student, our teachers
share documents with us daily and they are not accessible through the dolphin
file manager. So I have to login to the WebUI just to access those files. Also
it's been a while since google removed the feature 'Add to my drive', that was
so useful that you could import those files without having to download and
re-upload every time I want to work on my homework. XD
