Krita's welcome screen only displays English news from Krita.org, regardless of
which locale was chosen. It'd be nice if we can automatically switch to the
localized feeds from Krita.org -- For example, when Krita is using Simplified
Chinese locale, we give the users news feed of the S-Chinese version from
Krita.org (I have been keeping the S-Chinese news up-to-date on Krita.org).
I wonder if we can easily make this possible by just making the feed's URL
translatable? Or do we prefer hard-coding the address so as to protect it from
being abused by malicious translators?
