The new 5.20 notification design has big grid and each item is shown with an
icon and label that have big wasted space around them, the previous design was
much better compact and appealing to eyes.
It could become better if the grid contains only the icons (with bigger size)
without labels (like Windows 10 notifications) because they are sufficient to
express the role of each item - it is not shame to implement widely used and
accepted designs implemented by other systems, with only icons the grid could
become more compact, but we will return to the previous design.
It would be cool if KDE could implement community vote system to help decide
major designs based on users feedback and votes number.
