SUMMARY
Transcode options under Kdenlive settings are missing, and also from the
context menu of any clip in the project bin.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Kdenlive
2. Open "Settings-->Configure Kdenlive"-->"Transcode"
3. No entries
4. Add some clip to the project bin
5. Right click on any clip, select "Transcode", and no menu will open up.
