SUMMARY
There's no option to enable/disable startup elements at all. We can just remove
them. In KDE Plasma 5.19 and previous versions there was a check to enable or
disble a startup entry. In Plasma it's missing completely and it's very
inconvenient. Now if I want to just try with some service disabled, I have to
delete it and then add it again. There's no option for simple deactivating.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start "Autostart"
2. Try to disable (not remove/delete) an entry.

There's no option to enable/disable startup elements
EXPECTED RESULT
Checkmark for enable/disable chosen element.
