STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. make sure "Allow KDE apps to remember the positions of their own windows"
option is checked in "Advanced" tab of "Window behavior" kcm
2. open any affected app mentioned above and restore its window
3. re-open the app used in the step 2
OBSERVED RESULT
the app opens maximized
EXPECTED RESULT
the app should remember its window size after the step 2
