Recently I'm experiencing a vary annoying bug following an hard reset of my pc.
Seems that breeze widget style is not used by any application.
Here are a couple of images of the current situation (I'm using breeze-dark):

I tryed a lot of things, all unsuccessfull:
- restoring a week-old backup
- creating a new user
- reinstalling the system
The problem persists. Strangely, gtk apps are unaffected by the problem.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a qt/kde app
Actual Results:
undefined widget style with no respect to chosen color scheme
Expected Results:
use selected widgets style/color scheme
