All duplicates are from Neon this happens on Kubuntu, Neon User and Testing, and Debian sid with KDE. I haveNeon testing on one laptop and user on another laptop same result on both. Earlier in the week, i installed Debian testing then updated to sid... same thing... i tried Kubuntu for about 3 days before settling on Neon... same result... It appears this has been going on since April??
