On https://github.com/KDE/user-manager the Version is not bumped to vers. >
5.19.90.
So it is no longer Part of plasma; is this a mistake or kde's policy?

EXPECTED RESULT
user-manager is still maintained, last change is 4 days ago, and should be
bumped to the actual plasma version, to become usable/installable again.
