SUMMARY
Khotkeys in Plasma 5.19 and earlier used to import hotkey files from
/usr/share/khotkeys/*.khotkeys if they weren't set as AlreadyImported in
~/.config/khotkeysrc
Now none are imported even if I delete khotkeysrc.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Save attachment as /usr/share/khotkeys/c0rn3j.khotkeys
2. (Re)move ~/.config/khotkeysrc
3. Restart plasma or reboot
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing in Custom hotkeys aside from KMenuEdit
EXPECTED RESULT
C0rn3j group and others in Custom hotkeys
