In Krita 4.4.1's New Documentation dialogue, the templates and their categories
are all English only even when the locale is loaded.
I found out that many other strings in Krita.pot (trunk) are marked as
duplicate and thus untranslatable, but they can't be found in Krita.pot
(stable). Did we mix things up there?
