SUMMARY
The battery charge limit display in the battery monitor applet is not correctly
updated when you change the charge limit through tlp manually.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a charge limit already set. It should be displayed correctly. ("Your
battery is configured to charge only up to ..")
2. Change the limit manually with tlp: tlp setcharge xx yy, where xx and yy are
other values.
OBSERVED RESULT
the charge limit display in the applet is not updated. Note, that in the power
settings it has been updated correctly.
EXPECTED RESULT
It should be updated in the applet too.
