SUMMARY
After installing Fedora KDE 33 I have never been able to update packages
through discover, I can install packages but not update them.
I can however update via the software update widget in the system tray.
This happened both on plasma 5.19 and 5.20 which I am testing from the testing
repo now.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open discover
2. Check for updates
OBSERVED RESULT
No updates are found
EXPECTED RESULT
Packages that require updating which are found by dnf in the terminal
