SUMMARY
After an app opens Dolpin as root, for example Timeshift, it continues to open
as root when launched from the keyboard shortcuts. I'm on kubuntu 20.04 with
all the latest updates (as of 16/11/20). This bug does not occur immediately
but rather after a few hours of uptime.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. launch dolphin as root
2. close it
3. wait for a few minutes
4. launch dolphin from you keyboard shortcut
OBSERVED RESULT
dolphin running as root
EXPECTED RESULT
dolphin running as the logged in user account
