SUMMARY
DPI change when dragging between two monitors of the same resolution causes
visual glitches. See linked imgur gallery.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Global scale 200%
2. Drag the window between monitors
3. It has glitched out
3. To fix: Change font size up/down and then reset it for proper font size
