SUMMARY
Manjaro linux, kio-gdrive version 20.08.3-1.
Gdrive is connected and available in Dolphin browser, but is not available in
file selector
Programs tested:
Google chrome (google-chrome 87.0.4280.66-1)
Chromium (chromium 87.0.4280.66-1)
Firefox (firefox 83.0-1)
Libreoffice Write (libreoffice-still 6.4.7-2)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to open a file from inside the application (eg. upload a file in one of
the browsers)

OBSERVED RESULT
Network shortcut (like in Dolphin) not showing
kio-gdrive folder (gdrive:) not showing
EXPECTED RESULT
Retain "shortcuts" as created in Dolphin.
