SUMMARY
When the install progress dialogue appears, the user is able to drag the
dialogue up or down. When dragging up, the background changes color to mimic
the effect when the progress dialogue goes away. If a user is dragging this
dialogue, it should "not" change background colors.
I am not sure if it is a good thing that the user is able to drag the dialogue
at all. Maybe something to explore.
