Kickoff, plasma-desktop/applets/kickoff, is able to set its icon,
package/contents/ui/ConfigGeneral.qml, but from 5.23.0, it is unable to render
*.svg icon, 5.21.0 still worked!
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. right click on kickoff
2. click configuration
3. change the icon to a *.svg file
Actual Results:
PlasmaCore.IconItem is blank
Expected Results:
it is able to render SVG
