* Uninstalling and reinstalling Krita won't make any difference. You're just
replacing the existing bytes on the disk with exactly the same bytes.
* You can try to reset Krita's configuration:
https://docs.krita.org/en/KritaFAQ.html#resetting-krita-configuration
* If that doesn't work, please check in %LOCALAPPDATA% (press windows-r, type
this string, press enter to open that folder) for a kritacrash.log file and
attach that to this bug report: the windows error log isn't useful.
