SUMMARY
Sometimes the notification tray shows "no unread notification" even if there
are, in fact, notifications there.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Receive a notification
2. let it time out so it goes in the tray
3. open the tray
OBSERVED RESULT
The notification is shown along with the text "no unread notification".
EXPECTED RESULT
The notification is shown without any further text.
