SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. add a video clip to timeline (v1+a1)
2. add a second clip to timeline on a2 only
3. move time line to pos1
4. start play on the project
5. move the timeline pointer to another position
OBSERVED RESULT
This stops the play (ok)
now restart the play
the video starts at the timeline pointer BUT
the audio tracks starts again at the point it stopped previously, not at the
point you choose in the timeline.
EXPECTED RESULT
when moving the timeline pointer somewhere and restarting the project player, I
expect the play to start at the timeline I specified for all the tracks.
