SUMMARY
When I pin an application to panel and try to change order using drag and drop,
wayland session completely crasher and I have to login again.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start wayland session
2. Pin an application to panel
3. Use drag and drop to change pinned application order
OBSERVED RESULT
Plasma wayland session crashes.
EXPECTED RESULT
Order of pinned applications is changed.
