SUMMARY
After updating to 5.20.3 could not restart via GUI, got the kmlogoutgreeter
error and crash. Had to restart via terminal. No other issues.

1. Major updates to the KDE plasma DE

OBSERVED RESULT
Is intermittent. Sometimes updates cause this, sometimnes updates do not.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Seems to come and go. Will go several updates without issue, then I'll get
one and have to reboot via terminal
