SUMMARY
Every time I connect my external display the compositor turns off. This problem
has persisted for almost a year now.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect external monitor
OBSERVED RESULT
Compositor turns off and you have to press Alt+Shift+F12
EXPECTED RESULT
Compositor stays activated
