Latest tests:
* December 2020
* kubuntu 20.04  
* Kmail 5.13.3 -- not sure of QT version (but it's the default)
* Using postgresql (moved from mysql because of repeated table corruption)

Opened a maildir that was not the default ~/.local/share/local-mail, attempted
to move folders.

1. Unable to select more than one folder at a time to move.  (Not sure it's a
bug.)

2. Moved a few folders, and then akonadi crashed.  This requires a kill and
restart of both kmail and akonadi in order to recover.  It is repeatable.

I have not been able to get a good stack trace on it yet, but suspect that
moving large directory trees risks either a buffer overflow or a race
condition.
