SUMMARY
In edit panel mode when panel is at the right edge or top pressing + makes
panel smaller and pressing - makes it bigger.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enter edit panel mode when panel is on the right or top
2. Press + or -
OBSERVED RESULT
Panel becomes smaller on pressing + and bigger on -.
EXPECTED RESULT
Panel becomes bigger on pressing + and smaller on -.
