When trying to save a new file through FTP, I am get scared by a wrong
"overwrite" dialog (which should not appear, because the name of the file is
new).
I am afraid to press "Yes", because I suspect it may really overwrite some
existing file.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an (empty) text file.
2. Login to an FTP server.
3. Try to save a new file "fdsf".
Actual Results:
The file "fdsf" already exists. Do you wish to overwrite it?
Expected Results:
Silently create the file.
