SUMMARY
When browsing sites with media content (and playing the content), KDE Connect
app sends notifications to PC about media controls. This is quite annoying when
browsing sites w/ autoplay (like reddit). These notifications also do not make
much sense, since the user knows what kind of media is being ran on PC
These notifications started to appear after the recent KDE Connect app upgrade
to version 1.15.1
Example notification (when playing media content from a site):
reddit: the front page of the Internet
https://reddit.com (Chromium)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect an Android device w/ KDE Connect app to a PC
2. Enable "Notification Sync" and "Media Player Controls" features on the KDE
Connect app
3. Install "Plasma Integration" browser (either Chromium or Firefox works)
extension and system package (e.g. plasma-browser-integration on Ubuntu)
4. Browse a site with media content and play the content (e.g. reddit.com,
youtube.com)
OBSERVED RESULT
The media player controls are sent to the PC as a notification
EXPECTED RESULT
There should not be any notifications about media player controls from KDE
Connect
