Can you confirm if you have the same problem with kwin_x11 ?
We need to know if its Wayland specific problem, or generic kwin.
And also, is 5.19, 5.20, 5.21 affected?
Thank you for your report, this sounds like an important problem for people
with touch screens and dual devices.
Dev interested fixing this bug should be offered necessary hardware.
