thanks for the answer. :)

I understand it would be very good if you can realize it with Wayland.

This function should be added not only in KDE neon but also for Plasma Mobile.

Yes.

So it could look in the user interface as options in the system settings. If
user does not want to do manually with the mouse for each KDE software, but at
the same time.

System Settings -> Window Manager -> Applications -> Reset window size and
position to factory settings

Select all (in this example this button was clicked). It is also possible to
select individually or not all at once with the mouse.

Dolphin (✓)
Discover (✓)
Kate (✓)
etc.

-> when selected click on "Reset" button

When the user does this, the window size and position is brought to factory
setting live. The user does not have to close the application, it happens live.
