1. Started Plasma (Wayland)
OBSERVED RESULT
1. Shell crashed soon after startup and restarted itself.
EXPECTED RESULT
1. Shell should not have restarted.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Please see .kcrash file attached. I am unable to install the debug systems as
the installer says symbols are already installed but the bug reporter says they
are not (which is another bug in itself).
