STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. login
2. screen get panels swapped between screens or notifications appear on the
wrong monitor
OBSERVED RESULT
notifications or panels appear on the wrong monitor (sometimes it login ok,
sometimes swapped)
EXPECTED RESULT
notifications and panels to appear in the intended monitor
