Ahhhhhhhhhhhh I understand the bug now. The rotated wallpaper in Plasma 5.20
didn't actually change its dimensions, but rather had a rotation tag attached,
as is typical for rotated images. The algorithm to determine the best-fitting
image doesn't take that into account.
