SUMMARY
On X11 and Wayland, Xournal++ window flickers every time a file is saved.
This is independed of its state (floating, tiled, maximized, full screen) and
happenes both on X11 and Wayland.
Note: Xournal++ is the only applications where I have observerd this bug so
far.

Xournal++: 1.1.0-dev (AUR git) but also with the default Arch package
