Plasma themes do not provide a way for designers to provide an element for
CheckBoxes PartiallyChecked state.

OBSERVED RESULT
Partially Checked checkboxes are now semi-transparent
EXPECTED RESULT
Partially checked checkboxes should provide a clear symbol for them for
example:
