Recent Applications & Recent Files no longer being populated.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable Recent Applications/Files in Dashboard config
2. Open Application or Document
3. Close Application or Document
OBSERVED RESULT
Recent Applications/Files remains empty.
~/.local/share/RecentDocuments correctly contains list of recent files.
EXPECTED RESULT
Recent Application/Files populated with same.
