SUMMARY
Some keys should be repeated when the key is held, despite the new option in
Input devices -> Keyboard -> Hardware -> When a key is held.
For example, del, supr for sure should be repeated. I also think the arrows
should be repeated and maybe tab and enter, as well.
As mentioned here (https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=431903#c2), if the
purpose is to mimic the behavior of Android, iOS, macOS, etc. In all these OS,
certain keys when held are repeated.
So it would be fine (and actually a great feature) to see á, à, â, etc. when
holding a but I would still expect to be able to delete quickly by keeping held
del.
