Normal working example
SUMMARY
The Object Details window normally opens centred on the screen but on multiple
"random" occasions it opens fully in the Top/Left position.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Search for an object
2. Select [Details]

OBSERVED RESULT
The random nature of this makes it difficult to reproduce. It seems to occur
more frequently if I use [Center in Map] where the object is below the horizon
and you then select [Cancel] to not go to the object. After closing the window
[x] select [Details]. If you do this a number of times it will occasionally
exihibit the issue.
