SUMMARY
With the new default of 'No Borders' I can no longer resize firefox on any
window edge (not even a single pixel) except for the titlebar. This does not
happen with gtk or qt apps in general, so far only firefox. Windows shadow is
drawn as normal. Using Wayland.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Reset theme to breeze
2. try to resize firefox on any edge that is not the top
OBSERVED RESULT
cursor does not change, window can not be resized
EXPECTED RESULT
Firefox behaves like any other window
