[frameworks-kconfig] [Bug 427875] On a multi screen setup windows do not remember size, position, or the screen they were last opened on. For X11 when the left-most display is not the primary one.

I have a dual monitor setup with both resolutions at 2560x14440.  I can't do
any of the coding stuff that you guys do, but if there is something I can test
to help, let me know.  I say this because most of the comments I see are from
ppl that have a laptop + some other screen, possibly with different
resolutions.
