SUMMARY
Pressing F1 key in System Settings should open corresponding module in Help
Center > System Settings Modules.
OBSERVED RESULT
When in System Settings > Default Applications, pressing F1 opens Help Center >
The System Settings Handbook.
EXPECTED RESULT
When in System Settings > Default Applications, pressing F1 should open Help
Center > System Settings Modules > Default Applications.
