SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable autoload of windows after log in
2. Open some apps, and log out to save the session
3. Type very fast CLT+ALT+DEL to show log out panel before time when apps'
windows are loaded
OBSERVED RESULT
Autoloaded windows of apps overlays log out panel

EXPECTED RESULT
Autoloaded windows of apps should not overlay the log out panel.
