STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start Wayland session
2. enabled blur and transparency effects
3. right-click on the window decoration of any KDE app
OBSERVED RESULT
As we can see in the attached screenshot, the context menu is semi-transparent.
EXPECTED RESULT
blur effect should also be applied to context menu of window decoration.
