SUMMARY
The reason is, remembering what time zone country/city is, or trying to find it
is tedious/time consuming, and this would make it much better and easier to
work with.
Also, apply that whatever else that uses a time zone choosing table, such as in
Digital Clock Settings - Time Zones.
