SUMMARY
When install a (local file) package problems with the launching don't get
reflected in the UI so the button simply ends up doing nothing and looks
broken.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. on neon
2. download steam https://store.steampowered.com/about/
3. install through discover
4. click launch
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens
EXPECTED RESULT
An error appears in the gui "yo, something went wrong error code: 2!"
