SUMMARY
When only using touch screen input the screen dimms as if that were not a
factor to determine inactivity. It also does not 'wake up' i.e. turn it up
again from touch events.
xinput reports my touchscreen as 'ELAN2514:00 04F3:2B0E'. I'm on x11.
