As said before: everything not permanently in the collection will not show accurately when using filters that are meant to be used for collection items only. IMHO this is just a side-effect, as soon as you remove the CD these tracks should not appear in a filter anymore. Maybe this needs a little time to give Amarok the opportunity to update the stats.
