SUMMARY
Panel stays hidden after setting the panel to autohide.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Fedora 34 KDE spin in a VM
2. Login with wayland or xorg
3. Select the panel to autohide
OBSERVED RESULT
The panel autohide's but stays hidden.
EXPECTED RESULT
Panel to unhide when mousing over.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Have also observed the same behaviour with Fedora 35 (rawhide).
