SUMMARY
Application Menu popup menus aren't topmost.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable Application Menu widget
2. Open Application Menu
3. Open 'Power / Session' menu
OBSERVED RESULT
Bottom of menu (including half of the 'Shut Down' entry) is rendered beneath
the default panel.
EXPECTED RESULT
The menu should be the topmost window.
